Virtual Remote Social Media Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Group Manager and Business Referral Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in managing online communities and have a knack for spotting and capitalizing on new business opportunities through referrals. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Group Management: Develop, manage, and grow social media groups across various platforms, ensuring high engagement and value for community members. Create and implement content strategies that align with our brand and objectives, utilizing engaging posts, discussions, polls, and events. Monitor group activity to identify trends, feedback, and new opportunities to enhance group interaction and brand presence. Business Referral Development: Identify and cultivate relationships within social media groups that could lead to new business opportunities. Implement a structured referral program, motivating group members and other stakeholders to refer potential clients to our services. Track and report on referral outcomes and commission earnings, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals. Requirements: Proven experience in social media management, particularly in managing large, active groups. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a sense of community. Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads from social media and group interactions. Familiarity with referral systems and incentivization strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation: Base salary with competitive commission based on new business referrals.
