On listing of a job, it is up to you and your company to list the accreditations that you have. This is so the applicant can search for a job with the required accreditations for them.
PiNZ requires the applicant to do their own research into what accreditations the job lister actually has above and beyond what is listed on this website. Please provide as much information including website link on your job listing to make this possible.
On receipt of your confirmation that your business is granted the ability to post jobs on the PiNZ Job Board, you will be given an Employer role on the website where you will be shown a 'Job Dashboard' In your site dashboard. This links you to a dashboard where you will be able to post a job, check the postings, check the applicants and delete the job posting.
As well as the above options, you are asked to maintain your dashboard for example, if a position has been filled, you can mark the job as fulfilled so no new applicants will apply.
You will also receive an email from our site telling you that an applicant has applied with more details on them including downloadable CV and a link to the sites job dashboard.
A payment for this system is required where you will receive 30 days of posting for the price structures indicated at https://pinoys.co.nz/job-listing-options/. This payment has to be made before the posting will go live.
A Draft of the job can be saved and edited at a later date if you are not ready to complete the posting.
There are many fields to apply information for the job applicants to get a better idea of the job however, most are not required to complete the job posting. It will prompt you as what is not required with an optional in the field title block.
All payments are through the PiNZ stripe system. These payment details are not kept on the PiNZ site. More information can be found in our 'Terms & Conditions' on registration to the PiNZ site.
On the job dashboard link you will see the applicants listed on the right side under applicants. If you click the number, it will take you a to a page where you can manage all your applicants such as; ordering them in lists, downloading csv files, personal CV downloads, making notes on applicants and giving them a rating. This is  a great way to manage future employees that comes free with the PiNZ system.
Editing of the post is allowed but not advised as any changes could give certain applicants an unfair advantage.
