Who is eligible fo Pinoys in NZ Business Packages?
Only Filipino-owned businesses in New Zealand that are legally registered with a NZBN and operating as a legally registered business in New Zealand are eligible for our Pinoys in NZ Business Packages.
How Do I Control My Store?
You have full access to your own store admin panel. This means you have full control over what you post and what prices you charge.
What If I Need Help With My Store?
Step by step tutorials will be provided to help you set up your store. We will also offer virtual admin assistant to help you set up on our upgraded products.
What If I Don't Want My Store Anymore?
We have a yearly subscription fee where you can list unlimited products. this will run out after one year where you will need to resign up to list your products. If you cancel your subscription or it runs out, your products will not show up on your store.
*The fee is non refundable for the time period of one year.
Is There A Commission Fee?
Yes there is. However, PiNZ is only charging 2.9% fee to cover our admin expenses. Compared to other seller sites fees of closer to 10%, we feel this is a great deal for you.
If I Upgrade To Gold From Directory Subscription, Will I Lose Money?
No. Our system is smart. If you have paid for another subscription other than the Gold ie Directory Subscription, then the system will refund you any funds you havn’t used on upgrade. It however, will adapt the payments you pay automatically monthly until your refund is realised. It then will charge out at the correct monthly rate after the correction is completed.
Will This Cost Me A Lot?
Absolutely not. We know business owners who spent thousands of dollars to have their own website they don’t even use. We want to cut your cost. PiNZ is offering you an online store or booking system at a low cost compared to setting it up for yourself. Our main aim is to help Filipino business owners in NZ so we invested into an all- one- system our community can benefit.

I See Some Strange Payment Amounts On My Subscription Invoice.
This will be mainly due to our system refunding you if you have upgraded or downgraded your subscription plan. For example, it may not charge you straight away when you upgrade but on the next billing cycle it will charge you for the next month in full plus the amount for the previous month minus any refund that was owing you. After that, it will revert back to the monthly payment amount.
