HOW TO USE
Wet and rub the lathering net and soap until the lather forms a whipped foam, then gently massage onto skin for a few minutes. Rinse well and pat dry.

Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@beautedermnewzealand.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift or Bonus with Purchase Offers & Bundled Items
Where products are purchased with a gift or bonus offer, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus or it is not in sale-able condition, the value of any issued refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any issued refunds.
Sale Items
No refund, exchange, or returns apply to special offers, clearance offers, or sale items.
Defective, Incorrect or Faulty Items
If one of our products arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within seven (7) days upon receipt of the order. Depending on your particular situation, we may require some more information, or the product(s) returned back to us.
Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) including the packaging and DO NOT dispose of those items until we have spoken to you about your case.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address by you, we can arrange to send out your shipment again. Please note that you will be liable for the re-shipping fee when we send out the item again.
Allergy Returns
If you believe you've had an allergic reaction, please discontinue using the product and contact us at support@beautedermnewzealand.co.nz. You will need to provide a photo of the reaction and the product must not be more than 10% used. Our Customer Service team will then guide you through the returns process, if applicable. Return shipping will need to be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
