Shipping: Live plants are perishable and fragile, all plants will be shipped bare rooted with moist moss at buyer’s expense and risk. Will pack all plants with care but will not take responsibility for lost or damaged plants as a result of shipping handled by the NZ postal system.

Plants will be sent between Monday to Wednesday to avoid plants held by NZ post over the weekend.
If payment comes through on or after Monday before 2pm, your purchase will be posted the following week unless wanting a courier and I am going out and can post.
