Last November 2024, my husband Andrew and I attended the Elegant Kiwi Homes Investors Gala Night, and that evening, something unforgettable was announced.
Ivan and Elizabeth Presquito, a successful Filipino couple and founders of Elegant Kiwi Homes, shared that they were going to build a brand-new home — and donate 100% of the profits to St John (Hato Hone St John).

Why St John Matters to Me
For those unfamiliar, St John is a charity-funded emergency ambulance service that saves lives every day across New Zealand. They respond to accidents, emergencies, and provide life-saving support — all while relying heavily on donations to operate.
This is personal to me — because St John literally saved my life during a serious car accident. So when Ivan and Elizabeth made that announcement, I felt it deeply. I was teary-eyed, grateful, and inspired.
Fast Forward to Today… The Home is Complete 🏡✨
