Every December, I sit down with one powerful life audit:
What drained me? What grew me? And what must I finally let go of?
This year, that reflection feels deeper… heavier… but also more liberating.

I entered January 2025 recovering from surgery, navigating unexpected health challenges. My body forced me to slow down. I felt tired physically, emotionally, mentally — and honestly, spiritually too.
As an ED nurse, I’m trained to run on adrenaline, to care for everyone else first. But lying in a hospital bed made me ask:
“How can I keep pouring when I’m not filling myself?”
That was my first audit: Health.
Ignoring small symptoms drained me.
Learning to support my body, heal my gut, take my supplements, rest, walk in nature, and listen to God’s whispers — that grew me.
Letting go of the belief that “rest is weakness” became one of my biggest breakthroughs.
Then came relationships and emotional boundaries.
Working in ED teaches you how fragile life is. One shift can change everything. I learned to appreciate people who show up with love… and gently release the ones who bring drama, judgement, or heaviness.
Not everyone can come with you to your next chapter.
And that’s okay.
And then there’s business.

I run multiple businesses — community platforms, events, property projects, coaching programs — and every one of them takes WORK. Long nights. Planning. Meetings. Marketing. Serving. Showing up.
They’re meaningful, but they drain a lot of time, energy, and emotional bandwidth.
But something surprised me this year:
While my traditional businesses required SO MUCH hard work…
My Atomy business and my AI-powered digital business GREW the fastest, the biggest, and the easiest.
Why?
Because Atomy works in the background.
AI duplicated my effort 24/7.
And consistency beat intensity.
I realised something powerful:
If you choose the right business model, your life expands.
If you choose the wrong one, your life gets smaller.
This became part of my audit:
💔 What Drained Me:
– Running businesses that depend heavily on me
– Saying yes out of obligation
– Stretching myself for people who don’t value the service
– Fear of slowing down
🌱 What Grew Me:
– Trusting God in my recovery
– Taking mini NZ holidays that reminded me WHY I work
– Studying property investing and equity
– Focusing on Atomy — the business that grows while I sleep
– Leveraging AI so I can work 2 hours and enjoy 8
🕊️ What I Must Let Go:
– Old beliefs about money and success
– Overworking for everything
– The identity that I always have to hustle HARD
– The guilt of choosing ease
Tony Robbins teaches:
“Your life changes the moment you make a new, consistent decision.”
So here’s mine:
2026 will be the year of ease, leverage, wealth-building, and alignment.
And if you’re reading this, maybe this is your sign too.
