Jason Venu: A True Friend to Pinoys in New Zealand

Jason Venu, a name that resonates with dedication, compassion, and a profound sense of service, is a pillar in the New Zealand insurance industry. With over 17 years of experience working with some of the country’s top insurers, Jason has not only established himself as a trusted financial adviser but also as a beacon of hope and support for the Filipino community in New Zealand.

A Leader in the Insurance Industry: Since founding Coversure, Jason has helped countless Kiwis secure their futures, ensuring they can live life covered. His commitment to providing the best financial advice and services has made Coversure a trusted name in the industry. As CEO and Financial Adviser, Jason leads by example, always prioritizing the needs of his clients and community.

A Heart for the Filipino Community: Jason’s connection with the Filipino community is deeply personal and heartfelt. His journey with the Filipino community began with a simple yet profound realization: “Because they showed me love, and I felt like I must do something for them in return.” This sentiment has driven Jason to go above and beyond in his efforts to support Filipino OFWs in New Zealand.

Testimony from His Wife: “I’m incredibly proud to be by your side on this crazy journey, Jason. Keep doing the amazing things you do, babe, and stay true to who you are. xx”

Testimony from His Staff: “His name is Jason, he is from NZ, and he is the CEO of his own insurance company called #Coversure. The first time we met was at my show in Greenbelt. When we were introduced to each other, we instantly clicked and realized we have very similar goals and dreams. I did my own research and found out that he’s been helping Filipino OFWs in NZ, looking after their welfare and giving them the best financial advice on how to take care of themselves, their families, and their finances. I once asked him why he is so passionate about helping Filipinos. He answered, “Because they showed me love, and I felt like I must do something for them in return.”

Since then, he has helped us in all our daily missions. Every time he is in town, he volunteers to work with us in any depressed community—from fire victims to dumpsites, streets, squatters areas, dusty, dirty, smoky, rainy, or missions under the heat of the sun. And he never complains. He is a very compassionate man and a well-loved boss to his staff. He has a big heart for the children, especially the hungry.

Never have I doubted his sincerity to help and extend his hand. Jason is a very genuine person and a very humble man. Wow. Today, I just want to thank the LORD for bringing him into our lives and the lives of the underprivileged children. I have no words but ‘thank you and I love you, brother.’ You are simply amazing. If half of the world had your heart, maybe, just maybe, half of the world’s hungry and crying children’s tears would be wiped out because of your LOVE for them. Salamat po 🙏

God bless you! 🌷👍🤞
