Property Co- investing in New Zealand

Pinoys in NZ Co-Investing!

Grateful for the opportunities we have through our Pinoys in NZ community, we truly want to share them with you. Recently, I had the privilege of visiting Christchurch for our very first Atomy One Day Seminar as a speaker. You all know how passionate I am about being a smart consumer—earning from the products we use daily is such a game-changer! But beyond the seminar, I also got the chance to check out Elegant Kiwi Homes’ new show home and even did an impromptu Facebook Live video with Ate Beth. It was such a fun, spontaneous moment!

Unfortunately, Kuya Ivan Presquito was away at a property event in Hamilton, but both he and Ate Elizabeth have always been so generous with their time and expertise. They’ve shared their inspiring journey as successful property investors in New Zealand with our community over and over again. If you’ve joined any of our previous webinars or live events, you’ll know their journey wasn’t easy. It was full of challenges and hard work, but they made it through.

During one of these events, Ivan talked about property co-investing. It caught our attention, and last year, Meldz, Jeff, and I decided to give it a go. We’re so happy we did! Even with just a small amount of money, we made it possible by connecting with like-minded people. This year, we’ve decided to go for it again. Through the Pinoys in NZ community, we’ve now started our own Bayanihan Realty Ventures.

I was lucky enough to visit the site in Christchurch for the groundbreaking of our latest project! It was such an exciting moment, and we’re praying for its success. Of course, prayers are important, but investing also requires knowledge and expertise to reduce the risks. That’s where Ivan and Beth of Elegant Kiwi Homes have been so helpful, generously sharing their insights with us.
