What Did You Miss Out? Reflections on the Prosper Faster Summit Through Property Investing in New Zealand : A Journey Worth Taking

Out of the over 170K members of our Pinoys in New Zealand community, only a handful chose to invest in themselves and commit to learning about property investing in New Zealand. Hosting such live events takes an immense amount of time, money, and effort. But was it worth it? A resounding YES! This was our third live event, and every time, it feels like welcoming new family members—people eager to prosper faster in New Zealand.

Let me take you behind the scenes. It’s me, Crestine, and together with Meldz, we initially hesitated to host a live event. Our speakers are very busy entrepreneurs, and we had to change dates multiple times just to accommodate their schedules. There were countless nights where we worked until 5 AM, piecing everything together, and the night before the event, we managed only 3 hours of sleep. But thank God, we were still glowing! A big shoutout to our Atomy Korean Skin Care products and Hemohim, which kept our energy up. When you have a burning desire in your heart, even when it’s tough, you can make things happen.

Our speakers weren’t extraordinary people from birth. They are ordinary individuals who chose to take charge of their lives, make things happen, and generously share the lessons they’ve learned along the way.

This event offers a once-a-year chance to meet and learn from these mentors, immigrants like us, who’ve paved the way for others.
Take Rex Yap, for example. He moved to New Zealand over 15 years ago and has since helped many families buy their first homes and pay off mortgages faster. His story is not just about property—it’s about legacy. He even supported his son in buying his first home at just 19 years old, demonstrating how wise decisions can ripple across generations.
Or Ivan, a successful property investor whose journey started with an accidental sale.
He made $80,000 in his first deal, and instead of stopping there, he kept going. That initial success grew into $1 million, then $20 million, all because he invested in his own learning and sought mentors like Robert Kiyosaki. One pivotal moment was when Ivan made the bold choice to spend over $1,000 on his credit card just to attend a mentorship event in Auckland. That decision, though risky, changed his life forever.
The summit isn’t just about learning how to invest in property—it’s about learning how to achieve financial freedom faster. Many investors have multiple properties, but still struggle because their investments have negative gearing, draining their cash flow.
Our goal is to teach you how to avoid that trap and create positive cash flow so you can live life on your own terms.
One attendee from last year’s event shared how applying what he learned has already transformed his journey.
And while the event is only a day long, its impact can last a lifetime.
The truth is, it’s easy to hesitate when it comes to investing in yourself. Our mentors didn’t reach their level of success by staying in their comfort zones. They took risks, learned from the best, and now live lives filled with freedom and passion—travelling, spending time with their families, and doing what they love.
That’s why we worked tirelessly to bring you the Prosper Faster Summit. This isn’t just another motivational event; it’s about gaining the tools, strategies, and connections you need to take action and change your life.
