May Boquiron has a degree in Management she completed in 2003.

She started her career in the financial industry as a Customer Service representative with an investment brokerage firm in one of the US’s leading financial institutions. There, she completed the Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, which are the licensing requirements to become a general securities representative (stockbroker) and securities agent in the United States.

In 2005, she joined one of the Philippines’ leading banks, where she held several roles, from managing people and supervising quality improvement projects to compliance and Management Information Systems (MIS).

A new and promising opportunity came in 2011 and May was among the pioneer batch in the Philippines to complete the RG146 certification through the Pinnacle Services Academy and took on a role in Australia’s financial services with iPraxis In 2012. She was one of the most experienced paraplanner in the Philippines and has overseen different strategies for diverse client situations enabling her to assist in the preparation of strategic advice that provides the best possible outcome for clients.

With over ten years of financial services experience in compliance and paraplanning management, May has initiated processes to improve systems and developed training plans to help paraplanners better understand the concepts involved in financial planning. She also is able to assist advisers in formulating financial strategy advice and support them in every step of the financial advice process and provide the optimum service to each of their clients.

She migrated to New Zealand in 2023 and has successfully converted her Australian qualification to Financial Services (Level 5) Certification to be able to share her skill and help individuals achieve financial independence through a well-thought financial planning approach.
