Hilaan Pataas, As Always

From Plantita to Global Business Owner 🌱➡️🌏

Why I’m So Proud of Meldz

I saw Meldz post, “From Plantita to Global Business Owner,” and I honestly felt so happy and proud.

Many of you know Meldz as one of the hardworking admins behind Pinoys in NZ. You see her helping manage our community, supporting businesses, answering questions, and helping kababayans feel more at home in New Zealand.

But behind the scenes, Meldz and I have been friends and business partners for years.

We have seen each other take risks, try different business ideas, learn painful lessons, celebrate wins, and keep choosing growth.

During COVID, Meldz had a very successful plant business. It was the height of the plantita era, and rare plants were in demand everywhere. I remember when even one leaf of a rare plant could sell for around $900.

She built something beautiful and profitable in that season.

At the same time, I was already sharing Atomy with her.

She loved the Korean skincare and products, but she was not immediately convinced about the business side. And honestly, I completely understood that.

Because I did not understand the Atomy business at the beginning either.

I simply loved the products because they helped my skin. I saw real results, and that was enough for me at first.

I was also very allergic to network marketing because I had tried different opportunities before and lost a lot of money. I had experienced the pressure, the hype, the spending, and the disappointment when there were no real systems or sustainable leverage.

My husband and I also experienced traditional business in a big way. Our family grew food franchises to more than 50 branches.

It was an incredible journey, and it taught me leadership, operations, systems, and resilience.

But it also taught me this:

The bigger the business became, the more capital, staff, stock, rent, systems, and daily decisions were needed to keep it growing.

More branches did not automatically mean more freedom.

Sometimes, it meant more responsibility.

That is why, after years of business experience and learning many lessons the hard way, I began asking different questions before giving my time, money, and energy to an opportunity:

Will this become more leveraged over time?
Will my effort compound?
Does it have real systems ordinary people can follow?
Will people keep buying the products again and again?
Can this eventually grow without me doing everything myself forever?

That is when I started to understand Atomy on a deeper level.

Atomy is not about forcing people to sell.

It starts with becoming a smarter consumer.

Whether we like it or not, we buy products every day: skincare, toothpaste, shampoo, supplements, personal care, and household essentials.

So why not choose higher-quality products that are still affordable?

Why not use products you genuinely enjoy, see results from, and buy repeatedly for yourself and your family?

And why not learn about a platform where your regular purchases can accumulate points, while giving you the option to build a long-term income stream through a system and community?

That is why I kept sharing the vision with Meldz.

Not to pressure her.
Not because I expected her to understand overnight.

But because I knew that once she experienced the products, saw the system, and understood the deeper value behind smart consumerism, she would see why I kept building it.

Our China Success Tour last May made this even more meaningful.

More than 25 of us travelled from New Zealand, surrounded by thousands of people from different countries who are learning, growing, and building through the same platform.

Seeing Meldz there and seeing how far she has come made me emotional.

This is what hilaan pataas means to me.

We do not just tell people about an opportunity once.

We share what has helped us.
We teach what we have learned.
We give people time to understand in their own season.
And when one of us rises, we help pull others up too.

Now, Meldz and I are on a mission to uplift more kababayans with us.

Our invitation is simple:

Glow and grow with us. ✨🌱

Try the products first. I genuinely believe you will love them because Atomy products are easy to love. When you use them properly and consistently, you can feel and see the results.

Then take your time to learn about Atomy, smart consumerism, and the bigger opportunity behind it.

Message me or Meldz if you would like to explore Atomy, reactivate an old account, or register for free.
