We are grateful to have attended the first-ever Property Investor Conference and Gala Night in 2024.
It was a night filled with inspiring stories, meaningful connections, and unexpected surprises. Although my co-investor, Meldz, couldn’t join us as she was celebrating her parents’ birthday in the USA, the event was still a wonderful opportunity to meet like-minded people and share our dreams.
One of the biggest highlights was connecting with the power couple behind Elegant Kiwi Homes, Ivan and Elizabeth Presquito. Their journey from humble beginnings as immigrants to building over 200 homes and a multi-million-dollar portfolio is proof of how perseverance and hard work pay off. They inspire us to use our blessings to bless others, a message that resonates deeply with our community.
We also had the pleasure of meeting new friends and co-investors like Jey and Joy, who traveled from Auckland to attend the event. Spending time with people who share the same dreams and goals reminded me why connecting with like-minded individuals is so important.

Another highlight of the evening was hearing about Elegant Kiwi Homes’ project to support St John Ambulance. They will be building a house, with profits going towards purchasing a new ambulance to save more lives in New Zealand. This project is a beautiful example of how success can be used to serve the community, and I’ll share more details soon about how you can contribute.
Pinoys in NZ and Elegant Kiwi Homes will also host more events next year to help immigrants learn how to own their first home and create passive income through property investing.
